Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Perfroute Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Perfroute,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), handles personal information in connection with pwrap.xyz (the “Site”). It does not govern Solana, third-party wallets, explorers, repositories, token-information providers, or other websites and services.

The current Site has no account, login, form, wallet connection, transaction submission, advertising SDK, or embedded analytics SDK. We do not intentionally collect wallet addresses or transaction instructions through the Site.

Cloudflare provides hosting, delivery, and security. In doing so, Cloudflare processes technical request information such as IP addresses, routing data, requested URLs, browser and system information, timing, and security signals. Depending on enabled services and settings, some operational logs may be available to Perfroute.

If you email us, we receive your email address, message, and information you choose to include. Asset selection, animation state, and copy-to-clipboard interactions are handled in your browser and are not intentionally sent to Perfroute.

The Site currently loads certain token-logo examples from tokens.xyz and GitHub. When your browser requests an asset, that provider may receive ordinary request data such as your IP address, browser information, requested asset URL, and referring origin. Those providers handle information under their own privacy practices, and we do not control whether they combine that request data with information from other sites. A token logo remains a visual example, not an asset-support or endorsement claim.

We use relevant information to deliver, secure, maintain, and diagnose the Site; respond to communications; prevent abuse; protect our rights and users; comply with law; and evaluate or complete a corporate transaction if one occurs. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.

We may disclose relevant information to hosting, security, and email providers; professional advisers; authorities when legally required; and transaction counterparties in a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets. We do not knowingly share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Perfroute does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies on the Site. Cloudflare may use strictly necessary cookies when its security services require them. The current Site does not track visitors across unrelated websites.

Because the Site does not currently perform cross-site tracking or sell or share personal information for targeted advertising, Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals do not change Site behavior today.

Solana is a public blockchain. Transactions submitted outside the Site can be public, permanent, and outside Perfroute’s control. Visiting an explorer, repository, email provider, or another linked service sends information directly to that service under its own terms and privacy policy.

We retain communications only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain appropriate records, protect legal rights, and comply with law. Technical request data is retained according to our configured Cloudflare services and operational needs.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information, but no system or transmission is completely secure. Do not send private keys, seed phrases, or other wallet secrets by email.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection regarding personal information, and to appeal a denied request where applicable. Contact privacy@pwrap.xyz. We may request information necessary to verify and respond to the request, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable right.

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information to Perfroute.

Perfroute and its service providers may process information in the United States and other countries whose laws may differ from those where you live. Any protections that applicable law gives you for international transfers remain available to you.

We may update this Policy as the Site changes. We will post the revised effective date and provide additional notice when required by law.
