Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to pwrap.xyz and any Perfroute-operated website that links to them (the “Site”). The Site is provided by Perfroute Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Perfroute,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

The Site currently provides technical information about pWrap, public deployment facts, and links to open-source and third-party resources.

pWrap is public software deployed on Solana. It may be called through software and services that Perfroute does not operate. Solana and the applicable Token Programs—not the Site—process those transactions.

These Terms govern the Site and Perfroute-provided materials. They do not change the permissionless behavior of the deployed program or rights granted under an applicable open-source license.

The Site does not currently provide an account, hosted wallet, wallet connection, transaction-submission interface, custody service, exchange, or fee-based service. It does not hold visitor private keys.

A direct pWrap interaction can transfer U into deterministic program-controlled escrow and issue W to a designated token account. The deployed code, current token authorities, and current pWrap upgrade authority are material trust and availability boundaries.

Site content is technical information, not financial, investment, legal, regulatory, accounting, or tax advice. Nothing on the Site is an offer, recommendation, or endorsement of a token, wrapped relationship, wallet, service provider, or transaction.

A symbol, logo, example, or permissionlessly created relationship does not establish Perfroute support, issuer approval, asset quality, or suitability for any purpose.

Addresses—not names or logos—identify on-chain assets. Before relying on a pWrap relationship, independently verify the cluster, program ID, U and W mint addresses, Token Programs, deterministic escrow, backing, current authorities, extensions, fees, hooks, account state, and transaction simulation.

Website and metadata displays may be incomplete, stale, or incorrect. You are responsible for the software, wallet, RPC provider, transaction instructions, and risk controls you choose to use.

Using blockchain software can result in permanent loss. Relevant risks include:

• software defects, exploits, incompatible clients, and irreversible transactions;
• Solana, RPC, wallet, explorer, Token Program, or third-party service failures;
• token freezes, transfer fees, hooks, pause states, delegates, and other extensions;
• metadata or authority drift between U and W;
• changes to pWrap while the deployed program remains upgradeable;
• backing anomalies, unavailable redemption paths, and market or liquidity risk; and
• legal, regulatory, tax, sanctions, or compliance requirements that apply to you.

The exact deployed pWrap binary has not received an independent audit bound to that binary. Upstream audit history is lineage, not an audit of pWrap. Review the direct answers in the pWrap FAQ before integrating.

You may not use the Site to violate law, distribute malware, interfere with Site operation, bypass access or security controls, collect another visitor’s personal information without authorization, infringe another person’s rights, impersonate another person, or falsely claim Perfroute affiliation, asset support, or endorsement.

Software identified as open source is governed by the license distributed with that software. These Terms do not restrict rights granted by those licenses.

Except for open-source materials and third-party content, Perfroute and its licensors retain rights in the pWrap name, branding, Site design, text, and other Site materials. No license is granted to use Perfroute trademarks or imply affiliation or endorsement.

The Site may link to Solana explorers, repositories, wallets, RPC providers, token-information sources, and other third-party services. Perfroute does not control those services, and a link does not constitute endorsement. Their own terms and privacy practices apply.

Perfroute may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site or its materials. Changing or disabling the Site does not necessarily change or disable independently deployed on-chain software. We may update these Terms by posting a revised effective date; continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site, materials, and Perfroute-provided software are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, security, or uninterrupted availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Perfroute and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of assets, profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from the Site, pWrap software, blockchain activity, or third-party services. Nothing in these Terms excludes a right or liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

These Terms are governed by Delaware law, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. State and federal courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating to these Terms or the Site, and each party consents to that jurisdiction.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms are the entire agreement concerning the Site and supersede prior statements on that subject.
